Refund Policy

1. Appointment Confirmation

  • All appointments are confirmed only after successful booking and payment.
  • Once confirmed, your selected time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • If the service provider cancels the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If a technical error occurs during payment and the amount is successfully deducted more than once.
  • If the service cannot be delivered due to an internal issue from our side.
  • In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after booking.
  • Failure to attend the appointment (no-show).
  • Late arrival by the client.
  • Incorrect service selection made by the client.
  • Failure to provide a valid previous appointment reference number for follow-up sessions.
  • Booking made under Follow-up Appointments without eligibility.
 

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may request one reschedule if informed at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made via our official WhatsApp number.
  • Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
  • Repeated rescheduling requests may not be accepted.
 

5. Delays & Service Time

  • If a delay occurs due to a previous appointment, clients will be informed only via our official WhatsApp number and email.

  • Such delays do not qualify for refunds, but the session time will be adjusted accordingly.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
